How do I Manage my Email/Zimbra Quota?

When you are first set up with a Zimbra account, you are given 1,000 MB of storage space; once you approach this limit, you will need to either reduce your usage or increase your quota. You can see your current usage by examining the colored bar underneath your name in Zimbra.

The easiest way to reduce your space usage is to empty the email Trash folder. Right-click the Trash icon, then click Empty Trash.

Next, look for emails with large attachments; if you no longer need the attachment, delete it to free up some space.

Finally, check your Briefcase for files you no longer need.
